Mike did a great job servicing our two-sided gas fireplace. He is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable, he called before arriving, was on time, clean and organized. He cheerfully answered all my questions. He’s a real pro. I’ll add that our original fireplace installation was tricky and Burlington Fireplace was the only place we could find to do it. We’ve been extremely happy with them and the fireplace. Worth every penny.

Good install. All went well. Mason and Dylan arrived on time and worked at the install until completed. They even replaced the ceiling tiles in my basement which I had moved and expected to put back myself. Work site was prepped with drop cloths and they cleaned up when complete. Looks great and works great.
