We had BF&S install our wood stove a few years back. Everything was almost perfect. We picked out one we thought would be the best for our square footage but it would just get too hot inside (I don't care what anyone says, 80F is too hot.), if the temp was above 40F outside. We wanted to heat the house using the furnace only when absolutely needed...so we had them install a smaller stove, with a little less maintenance as well. We still haven't used the furnace with temps dipping into the 40s and highs in the low 60s. Luke and Mason, did great work and were courteous and professional the whole time. Nice work gentlemen.

I can't tell you how happy I am with Burlington Fireplace and Heating. My wife and had a gas stove installed as part of our basement remodel and we are very happy with the service and installation we received. First, there was no upsell when deciding which stove we wanted, just advice and very friendly service. Secondly, accomodations they made for our project dates were greatly appreciated. We had two seperate install dates so we could get our flooring done, and then the ceiling to go around the newly installed pipe. They accomadated their schedule to ours. James and Tim K who came to install the fireplace were very knowledgeable and beyond friendly. Rich Sr. who came out and did the quote was exceptionally friendly as well. I was very comfortable to open my home to Burlington Fire and Solar. I have already recommended them to a family memeber and we will be using them for a future project. They have multiple payment options as well which is always nice. If you are looking for any kind of service that they have to offer, do yourself a favor and give them a call.
Just an update. I had Mike come and service this fireplace before winter and the service was great. He even installed a new remote for us since our kiddos accidently left the old one on top of it. I will continue to use Burlington Fireplace for all of my needs.

Looked at several locations wanting to see showroom samples and answer our questions. Burlington Fireplace was the only one who did both. Surprised no one could make us feel confident. They had someone come and do measurements plus an electrician to look at our wiring. Luke and Mason came to install it and did a super job.
