Luke and Mason arrived when expected. They ensured I understood what they were going to.install and how long it would take. The end result is outstanding! The wood stove is beautiful. The venting they installed looks fantastic and they took great care during the installation. I was given instructions for initial operation and care tips. The whole experience has been above and beyond. They cleaned up so well that when they left, you couldn’t tell they had even been there but for the beautiful wood stove.

Easy to schedule. Received a 4 hour window but the scheduler gave me a 2 hour window within the 4 hour window that the tech would likely arrive. Quick and easy service once the tech Mike arrived. Even gave a quick tutorial on use of the fireplace. Will definitely use again next year.

I don't write too many reviews but felt that my experience with Burlington Fireplace deserved one. Justin. W. arrived here on time after giving me a heads up that he was on the way. He offered to have shoe coverings and used a large cloth to cover my floor with around the fireplace. He was friendly and very informative. He explained everything he was looking for during the inspection. I had scheduled a cleaning and inspection but only needed the inspection. He was very honest and easily could've charged me for a cleaning. From my initial call until now has been a great experience. I'll use them from now on.

Called Burlington fireplace to resolve an issue where our gas fireplace would not start. Justin W. Identified the issue as a bad light switch and replaced. Then he cleaned the fireplace to look brand new. Once he was done he left the area clean. Will use Burlington again.

Our installers Tim, Adrian, and Sean were always kind and professional. They took the time to call every morning to let me know they were on the way and to answer any questions. Their work was amazing and and very efficient. And my fireplace is gorgeous!

Luke and Mason were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Spent alot of time trying to resolve an electrical issue . Very happy with them except they forgot to restart or tell us to restart the gas pilot on our water heater after gas disruption during fireplace installation. We discovered the problem maney hours later.

Luke and Mason did a great job removing old wood burning fireplace and installing a new gas fireplace. They were prompt, polite and on did a great job covering furniture and cleaning up after the job!

I will admit I have had some mixed results from Burlington Fireplace in the past. We just had our service done by Luke from Burlington today. We have been having some issues getting the fireplace working as it should. He replaced some parts, cleaned everything up, got it just like new. It was nice to have a knowledgeable and efficient technician.
