We scheduled an inspection and cleaning of our wood burning stove and chimney. Luke was friendly and thorough, took time to answer our questions and address concerns. He fixed something on the chimney cap that wasn’t right (under warranty) and gave us some great tips for the future. He was knowledgeable and willing to do whatever needed. We’ve had a great experience so far with Burlington Fireplace and Solar. They also sold us and installed our wood burning stove and chimney liner last year, willing to answer all of our questions along the way :)

I recently purchased a new home with a gas fireplace. A family member recommended Burlington. Mike came to service my fireplace. He fixed it, cleaned it, and showed me how to use it. Now I feel much safer and can enjoy my beautiful fireplace! Burlington Fireplace was very easy to use and my service was great! I will definitely recommend them!

Had Luck at my home to service my fireplace. He called & told me when he would be here & did get here within that time . Informed us of what he was doing & why it needed to be cleaned. Also told us it s/b cleaned every 2 years for sure. Very friendly.

Tim and Chris did an awesome job installing a gas fireplace for us last October. (2021) The stone surround they built was beautiful and they were so very nice to work with. We thought we had posted our comments last year but just realized although we wrote the review we never posted it. So since they did a beautiful fireplace for us, our son and daughter-in- law decided to have them do one for them. So last week we got to see Tim and his new assistant, Adrian, as they installed theirs. I mentioned to Tim we were having a smell from our fireplace still and that Dan H. had come to do a yearly service check on it but
could not find any smell issue. So Tim said we should have it checked out so
we called the office and they sent out Mike to investigate it. Well he looked at all kinds of possible things it could be and narrowed it down and was able to track down a small gas leak. Since he was not able to fix it as some of the stones needed to be removed along with the drywall he needed a fireplace crew to do the work. Great job tracking it down Mike! Within an hour or so Tim and Adrian were at our house ready to fix the issue! Fast service! Tim and Adrian were able to remove just a few of the stones, take off the wire mesh and the drywall there to be able to get to the leak. He was able to fix the issue, put back the drywall and mesh and the stones. Cleaned the whole work area too so you could not tell anything had been done! Great job! Really appreciate the extra effort done by all. Thanks Mike, Tim, Adrian, Dan, and the office staff.

Can't rave enough about Burlington Fireplace! The quality and service provided from beginning (selecting from the numerous options) to end (installation) is topnotch. Installers Luke and Mason were patient, asked us questions along the way about preferences, educated us on the use and care of the unit, and the end result is fabulous. We love our new fireplace! Don't go anywhere else.

We had BF&S install our wood stove a few years back. Everything was almost perfect. We picked out one we thought would be the best for our square footage but it would just get too hot inside (I don't care what anyone says, 80F is too hot.), if the temp was above 40F outside. We wanted to heat the house using the furnace only when absolutely needed...so we had them install a smaller stove, with a little less maintenance as well. We still haven't used the furnace with temps dipping into the 40s and highs in the low 60s. Luke and Mason, did great work and were courteous and professional the whole time. Nice work gentlemen.
