Luke arrived right when he said he would. Was very thorough cleaning the fireplace and educated us on what impacted the unit’s cleanliness as well as the right stuff to use when cleaning the glass. Did a quick review of our other fireplaces and made suggestions. Good experience

Today we had Luke from BF&S come to our home. He did an inspection on our fireplace and then shared with us a number of different options we have to fix or replace it. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was incredibly kind and gracious as my 2 year old, special needs daughter wanted to "help" and play with him. The cost was more then I was expecting. (The reason for 4 stars) but the service and Luke is definitely 5 stars. He is exactly what any business would want to represent them.

Mike came out to give a replacement quote and discovered that he could actually do the fix today! Got it done and the final price was actually lower than the original quote from 4 years ago! I now have a working fireplace before winter comes!

Luke did a wonderful job on the inspection of our gas fireplace. It hadn't been used for quite a while and we needed to make sure it was in working order and could be used safely. He did a through inspection and also explained the mechanics on how to light the fireplace. Thanks Luke!

Hello all.i had burlington fireplace and solar visit me this morning....I met Mike, the tech. What a guy! He had my fireplace repair done in about 25 minutes.i know us guys like to fix stuff ourselves, but,, sometimes it's tough to make that call, sure glad I did! He could have charged me for an ignition unit, but all I needed was an ignitor and thermostat. I share this with you, because this is a company that doesn't take advantage of it's customers, absolutely fair fast and honest. I stand behind my words. You will be satisfied with burlington fireplace and solar!! Awesome

Luke was the ultimate professional and explained thoroughly every part of the process of cleaning our fireplace. He also checked our outside vent where there was a bird’s nest.
