Today I stopped at the trek superstore and asked Gary what he'd charge me to try and try the spikes on my front rim to fix the spectacular bend I had in the bontrager 700 rim...he merely laughed grabbed my 7700 multitrak all aluminum buety and I protested because I had no funds to pay him and he merely says you need more than a spine spoketightener and what he did next astounded me...he lifted my rim over his head and slammed it to he ground and picked it up and repeated it and after that he walked back and within three mins he returned and said COULD NOT GET IT BACK PERFECTLY STRAIGHT! I SAID NOBODY IS PERFECT LY straight on this side of town. And he had my front rim 95 to 97 percent straight. I was able to use my brake again and I rode guns and roses back home feeling good about me having someone like Gary at my trek store! Thanks you guys.

Been apart of the trek family for years now and have absolutely how they have treated me! This store provides incredible hospitality. Every time I walk in I feel like they want to help me and also take the time to make sure I’m treated right. I have brought several bikes from them over the years and let me say I will never go to any other shop in the valley. Their service is world class! They have an amazing service department that can fix any bike issue ever. Iv heard countless stories of people going to other shops in the grand valley that don’t receive the same treatment or service! They are the best bike shop in the valley by far. I cannot thank them enough for their support! Trek Bikes Grand Junction is the only bike shop I trust for all my bike needs! Thank you for everything you do!
