Really helpful - such great service (5pm 3 August 2023). Picked up a click and collect order and the staff member also found the right Garmin and light mounts for me so I bought those too, then he really helpfully fitted them to my trek bike and even helped adjust the saddle angle to fit better. Thanks a lot - will definitely cycle back here in future if I need any more bike components or accessories.

Best bike shop ever!!! I am so lucky that it's my most local one - the staff are SO friendly, SO helpful and SO knowledgeable!!! They can instantly pick out the issues and solutions on the spot, either keeping your bike for repair (normally for 24hr or less) or giving you excellent recommendations for what you need. I'm especially fond of the fact that they don't judge you for asking novice questions or coming in for minor repairs - or they hide it well if they do :-D
