This is a really great store with amazing staff. Really helpful going way above and beyond to help you find products that are not even in their store that are sold by competing brands elsewhere. The service area is excellent with extremely kind staff and the price of my puncture repair being only £16 is much cheaper than the 20 or £25. I’ve always paid before elsewhere.

Sherman, in particular, went out of his way to help me in my search for a specific bike, despite the fact that the shop didn't sell it. He took the time to thoroughly research and explore different options by scouring the internet. His extensive knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile were greatly appreciated. Sherman's dedication to finding the perfect bike for me left a lasting impression.
Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised when Daniel, another member of the shop's staff, not only greeted me with a smile but also offered me a drink. His warm and welcoming demeanor instantly made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer.
The overall experience at the bike shop was exceptional. Sherman and Daniel set a high bar for customer service, demonstrating that going above and beyond for customers is a top priority for them. Really helpful - such great service (5pm 3 August 2023). Picked up a click and collect order and the staff member also found the right Garmin and light mounts for me so I bought those too, then he really helpfully fitted them to my trek bike and even helped adjust the saddle angle to fit better. Thanks a lot - will definitely cycle back here in future if I need any more bike components or accessories.
