I had an excellent experience with Daniel Miles, buying my FX 2 bike. I am 6.7ft tall and the bike felt perfect for me. I was able to take a short ride to test it before the purchase. He patiently explained me all about maintenance and safety. Got a lock and a helmet as well. The store is amazing, 100% recommendable, thanks Daniel and Trek!

I had visited the store in January and the guys were able to change both tyres brand new on warranty as good will gesture as warranty was nearly out.

Bought a new road bike from Trek this month, and found Verity and the team extremely helpful, highly spirited and polite throughout! I had to return to the store a few times as I was waiting for certain products to be delivered, and the team kept me well informed throughout. They clearly love bikes, so having knowledgable staff generous with their time made all the difference when making an expensive purchase such as this!

Really enjoyed my first visit to the relatively new Trek store in London. Always been a fan of their road bikes and the store didn’t disappoint. Not just a shop but a place where you can talk to staff who are knowledgeable about all areas of cycling, are passionate cyclists themselves, and even had my current roadbike tuned by a very knowledgeable mechanic while I waited. Great for cyclists of all levels, plus they have free coffee!
