Best experience I've had purchasing a bike. I went with the intention of buying a road bike with a Cycle to Work scheme. They were happy to answer any questions, but also went above and beyond to make sure I was buying the correct bike and any accessories I needed.I love the bike, it's so fun to ride and the build quality seems great compared to other bikes I've had in the past. At the lower end of their price range, this gives so much confidence in their products.

I visited Trek Battersea to purchase a new road bike on relocating to the UK. From the moment I stepped into the store, the quality of service I received was impeccable. Dan walked me through each of the road bike options I was considering within my budget (together with accessories, eg pedals, bike lock etc), and was very knowledgeable about the differences between particular models. I also particularly valued being able to take the bikes for a test ride behind the store to gauge sizing on the bike frame and the difference in features between models (in other bike stores, I was not provided this opportunity). I have been very happy with the quality of my bike (a Domane AL5) since my purchase, and would thoroughly recommend Trek Battersea.
