I had visited the store in January and the guys were able to change both tyres brand new on warranty as good will gesture as warranty was nearly out.
All the guys there are helpful and polite. And know what there doing and listen to you when discussing your bike. 10 out of 10

Bought a new road bike from Trek this month, and found Verity and the team extremely helpful, highly spirited and polite throughout! I had to return to the store a few times as I was waiting for certain products to be delivered, and the team kept me well informed throughout. They clearly love bikes, so having knowledgable staff generous with their time made all the difference when making an expensive purchase such as this!

Really enjoyed my first visit to the relatively new Trek store in London. Always been a fan of their road bikes and the store didn’t disappoint. Not just a shop but a place where you can talk to staff who are knowledgeable about all areas of cycling, are passionate cyclists themselves, and even had my current roadbike tuned by a very knowledgeable mechanic while I waited. Great for cyclists of all levels, plus they have free coffee!

Really good workshop service, fast and decent price for being in London and a being a premium store. You can just walk in early in the morning and leave the bike.
They also have lots of components available if you want to DIY.

Ralph and Edwin could not have been more helpful today. Great suggestions for what Quadlock mount I needed and then fitted for fee (there and then). Also v helpful re advice for a new helmet - so I have ordered that. Delighted to have found this bike store who serviced my bike recently - and it’s riding like new.

Popped in here after work today to ask about a service. The gentleman who served me was friendly and hugely helpful - instead of doing necessary work, he advised me that my bike was good to ride for a while longer and sent me on my way with a complementary oiled chain and adjusted brakes. I would have loved to bring my bike back for a service in a month or two, however it was stolen from outside a different shop only minutes afterwards. That's London for you.

Incredibly kind and caring team. Had a problem with changing the tires on my sons scooter and brought it to them for their help even though get specialised for bikes. Two people worked on it for 15 minutes and they refused to take any payment. They said their payment was making a child happy will go back to use them for all future purposes and reparations
