A great service from the moment my son and I walked in to the shop, we were given all the personal attention and time required, enough time to choose and try few bicycles to find the suitable bike, the helmet and all the relative accessories needed for the bicycle. We also applied for finance the staff talked through every step. It is an outstanding customer service, I've been to so many bike shops before never had this attention to little details service, we even received and email wishing my son a happy birthday. I strongly recommend and will not waste my time looking for any other shop in the future.

Great customer service, incredibly knowledgable staff and both bike mechanics and staff clearly know their stuff. The thing that is so refreshing about Trek is that they have also put so much effort into being part of the community; providing helpful route suggestions for all levels of cyclist, including families and providing actual rides to take part in on a regular basis with their store ambassador. Every single staff member has a smile whenever I've been in and they clearly love working there. Definitely put this bike shop on your 'need to visit' list.
