Had a fantastic experience last Sunday, being served by Verity. She advised myself and a friend on bikes to purchase, helped us get the correct frame sizes and allowed us to trial a couple out. I purchased a rear derailleur jockey pulley wheel set. Raf S also gave me a pulley wheel bolt - as they're not included. Even though I declined to pay to have him install the new pulley wheel, he kindly offered me the use of the shop bike stand, enabling me to repair my bike.
Polite interactions with the bike techs I spoke to and wheel set was cheaper than the eBay equivalent .

A great service from the moment my son and I walked in to the shop, we were given all the personal attention and time required, enough time to choose and try few bicycles to find the suitable bike, the helmet and all the relative accessories needed for the bicycle. We also applied for finance the staff talked through every step. It is an outstanding customer service, I've been to so many bike shops before never had this attention to little details service, we even received and email wishing my son a happy birthday. I strongly recommend and will not waste my time looking for any other shop in the future.
