Such a pleasant experience. As others have said, Swift proactive service. I used to go into the previous cycle shop at the same location and this new place is way above that place in terms of customer service. I went in to get a tyre fixed but will now be a loyal customer of this place.

Having been searching for a Domane SL5 for a long time, I saw Trek London Battersea had one and arranged with Florrie to drop in a few days later to pick up. When I got to the store, German was very helpful in understanding my current bike & experience and then what I wanted to accomplish with the new one. We sorted out all the necessary requirements over coffee and he was also very patient in answering my many questions as I was coming from an MTB background. Thrilled to have the bike now and very impressed with the exceptional service provided by the store.

Dropped in this morning with a bone question about something I tried to fix on my single-speed without any luck.
Despite my bike being nowhere near the high-end stuff that the store/maintenance shop deals with, the team there were incredibly helpful and made the effort to help me sort what was ultimately a simple fix but the fact that they took the time out of their way to look at it without any servicing booking, made it an experience I'll definitely want to bring my nicer bike back for servicing sometime as I know it'll be in good proactive capable hands.
