Terrific new Trek store. Bikes as far as the eye can see, very friendly and helpful staff, and in a great location. Looking forward to my next visit!

Normally outstanding service but unfortunately, today's (i.e. Saturday) service was appalling. Three people just came into the store in front of me and I was just looked at and not served. It's a huge disappointment considering I am an owner of one of their premium models. Anyway, there is a female worker, where, everytime I've spoken with her, she came across friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful service with getting a road bike in a difficult-to-find size, along with all needed accessories. Unfortunately, the bike I spent £1,900 wasn't built properly as the front derailleur cable popped loose and stopped working within an hour of leaving the shop. Handlebar tape was also coming loose within the same timeframe. One would expect a better build and QC from a flagship store.

I researched the bike I had decided on. Read the reviews. Watched the reviews. Not just the bike but all the separate components too. This year's model was listed. The components were listed. When I went to pick up the bike it was obvious that it was last years model (same frame as this year's, inferior drivetrain, chain, cassette etc.) Advertised as this year's with this year's components and therefore this year's price. But not. I gave them every opportunity to tell me. When I pointed this out, I was told,'It's supply problems from the 2020 covid pandemic.' Which, IF true is fine, but I feel I should have been told the bike listed and sold were different before the sale instead of hiding it. Last years bike with the inflated this year's price. The shop and Trek's customer service, Sue, on the phone disagree. Edit... A little like Sue on Trek's customer service line, ALL deflection rather than answering any of my points on selling last years bike on this year's price. Brilliant.

No longer works on electric bikes despite the fact so many use them because of new ‘company policy’. Pathetic

I am disappointed to leave this review but felt that I had to. I am in the market to purchase an electric bike and my wife raves about this store...she uses them for her bike maintenance and repairs etc. Anyway, decided that I would go there especially on Saturday 6th April...was in store for about 10 minutes looking at the bikes and not 1 person acknowledged us... so I left. Needless to say I won't go back and will spend my 1000's of pounds somewhere else. A real shame...

Check TrustPilots reviews of Trek products before buying, You will thank me Absolutely scandalous cheap build quality of expensive bikes that rely on customers to return to maintain their bikes while trying to upsell more expensive components (Shimano) that should have been on the bike from the very start I’ve owned a Domane for the last year and I’ve had to have it more or less completely rebuilt as every component in it failed from the brake pads to the tyres everything Should be ashamed of themselves

Unfortunately have to give it one star. This is due to Trek’s policies on price match! I got there to buy a bike and asked the person if they did a price match! He acknowledged and mentioned they could match any physical shop with M25, so Balfs had the bike cheaper, the assistant strangely called one of the Belfs shops, and they confirmed they had the bike in store and ready to be picked the next day. However, Trek’s shopkeeper said NO! The reason was that they didn’t have it ready despite the fact they had it in stock and ready to be picked by tomorrow! Hence Trek lost a customer by doing cheap shots! If you don’t want to sell cheaper, say you don't do price match, but in reality, you don’t! A price match is a price match! Maybe Trek doesn’t understand the concept! Will not purchase my next bike from Trek and will choose a competitor!
