I dropped by to have a broken speedometer holder replaced and was very well attended to by Carlos who took the trouble to find a suitable replacement holder and fix the problem. Friendly, efficent and pro. Great service

Awesome team here at Trek Battersea! Had the pleasure of riding with them on their community day ride. From Battersea to Esher via Richmond Park. Great scenic route. Lucky for me I already have a Trek bike, so I'll be touching base often!

came to buy some spare bolts for my stem and headset and got them for free. carlos and alex couldn't be more helpful, and they even knew the names of some of the football players from my national squad. i'll be visiting this place again.

Verity, Sherman and the rest of the team couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable as we got our new bike set up. They had such helpful advice regarding our child bike seat. Verity and Sherman went above and beyond to make my 2 1/2 year old feel welcome. Couldn’t ask for a better bike experience.

Many thanks to Dylan at Trek Battersea for helping me out with my purchase of an Emonda SL 6 Pro. Although I pretty much knew what I wanted, he helped me pick the correct size, arranged a test ride and answered some questions around upgrades in great detail. He clearly knows his stuff and is passionate about bikes. Thanks Dylan!

Dropped in this morning with a bone question about something I tried to fix on my single-speed without any luck. Despite my bike being nowhere near the high-end stuff that the store/maintenance shop deals with, the team there were incredibly helpful and made the effort to help me sort what was ultimately a simple fix but the fact that they took the time out of their way to look at it without any servicing booking, made it an experience I'll definitely want to bring my nicer bike back for servicing sometime as I know it'll be in good proactive capable hands. Special thanks to Carlos.

Everytime I’ve been to this recently opened Trek store the service has been exemplary and faultless! Special thanks to Alex for replacing my chain and adjusting my rear derailleur = buttery smooth like new again!

Normally outstanding service but unfortunately, today's (i.e. Saturday) service was appalling. Three people just came into the store in front of me and I was just looked at and not served. It's a huge disappointment considering I am an owner of one of their premium models. Anyway, there is a female worker, where, everytime I've spoken with her, she came across friendly and helpful.

Service-the staff has a really nice attitude. For bikes older than 2020 the service doesn't have parts on stock, prices are probably double compared with other services.I was told I should leave the bike there for at least 3 working days for them to order parts-I haven't been told I can receive another bike to use for that time.My bike is entry level Trek and was in need for a new wheel and maybe their focus is newer&high end models. Bike shop-really big stock and divers models.

Very friendly and helpful service with getting a road bike in a difficult-to-find size, along with all needed accessories. Unfortunately, the bike I spent £1,900 wasn't built properly as the front derailleur cable popped loose and stopped working within an hour of leaving the shop. Handlebar tape was also coming loose within the same timeframe. One would expect a better build and QC from a flagship store.

Had my breaks done there, they broke within months with the pads completely falling off (it's just a road bike that I only use for 10 mins a day a few times a week to go to the gym). Then offered a 3/4 week wait for an appointment to get them fixed despite their website saying 'no appointment needed' and '24 hour turnaround'.

I bought my first bike in this store. I felt uncomfortable with my position on the bike and asked if there is a bike fitting service or could someone have a look on my posture to improve or help to adjust saddle or handlebar. The member of the staff said they don't have bike fitting and refused even to have a look on my posture and transferred me to very expensive bike fitting stores, where bike fitting costs almost £400. I'm quite disappointed as I asked for a basic things and I bought my bike there, brought it for service as well. I wend to other bike store and staff said they would be happy to have a look on my posture and give some recommendations free of charge even I was never their customer.

I researched the bike I had decided on. Read the reviews. Watched the reviews. Not just the bike but all the separate components too. This year's model was listed. The components were listed. When I went to pick up the bike it was obvious that it was last years model (same frame as this year's, inferior drivetrain, chain, cassette etc.) Advertised as this year's with this year's components and therefore this year's price. But not. I gave them every opportunity to tell me. When I pointed this out, I was told,'It's supply problems from the 2020 covid pandemic.' Which, IF true is fine, but I feel I should have been told the bike listed and sold were different before the sale instead of hiding it. Last years bike with the inflated this year's price. The shop and Trek's customer service, Sue, on the phone disagree. Edit... A little like Sue on Trek's customer service line, ALL deflection rather than answering any of my points on selling last years bike on this year's price. Brilliant.
