My order, a set of old Bontrager handle bar plugs, arrived in less than a week. If you're a Trek rider living outside Wisconsin, a shop like this is a must to have.

German and his team were very professional and saw to my bike as soon as I arrived. I asked for a new chain as mine had worn down and it was completed within 10 mins, only about £10 for labour. Compare this to Balfes where they quoted me £30 to fit (more than the price of the chain itself!) and would have had to wait another week.

I had a bike maintenance service in the shop in September 2023. Alexandre helped me to order the spare parts (rear wheel, new chain and Shimano Cs-Hg41 7-Speed C) and fixed my bike. I have done a couple of long distance test rides and it feels like I got a brand new bike. Thank you for the superb service.

The team did an amazing job of restoring my road bike to brand new after a few incidents. Turnaround time was speedy and the guys were super helpful and genuine. They were even happy to fix a few niggles a month later. I'd definitely recommend them over any other bike store in SW London.

What a shop. I got a puncher on the way to work. I tryed the cycle shop I brought my cycle from no chance to busy . So after walking to work. Gave trek a call. Said I would bring bike in at lunchtime. Nothing was to much trouble. Straight in and sorted in around 30 minutes. Cheers lance

I recently bought a road bike (Triban RC520) and have been playing around with the fit. Mid-ride I decided to stop in and ask if they could help me raise my handle bars. They suggested flipping the stem and within 10 minutes had my bike sorted for me. I was blown away by their willingness to help and excellent service, especially as my bike wasn’t even a Trek. Can’t recommend them enough!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Customer numbers in the shop fluctuate, so staff can be very busy at times. If you have lots of questions (like I did) and can wait a few minutes if needed they are super helpful and friendly.
