Mechanic was really helpful.... guy from Ecuador.

Carlos serviced my bike and was amazing. It’s not the cheapest service around but well worth it. I’ve taken my bike to 3 other places before and they never fix the problem properly so you end up paying more anyway. Great service, would highly recommend.

I have always had the best service, be it a puncture, service or a wash. The guys are super helpful and very nice. Iam just getting into biking and bike every day. So knowing i can have such great help quickly and locally is ace.
I also find the gang there very encouraging and dont make me feel silly...with my somewhat silly questions.

I purchased a bike which ultimately I could not collect , as I live overseas for most of the year , despite having assembled the bike and held it for a number of weeks for me they were extremely understanding when I was forced to cancel the order and request a refund which was given immediately.All my encounters with the store were nothing but superb and I would not even consider going any where else.
