I purchased a bike which ultimately I could not collect , as I live overseas for most of the year , despite having assembled the bike and held it for a number of weeks for me they were extremely understanding when I was forced to cancel the order and request a refund which was given immediately.All my encounters with the store were nothing but superb and I would not even consider going any where else.

As someone who relies heavily on his bike to commute, I was really pleased to have walked into Trek at Battersea Reach to fix my broken chain and gears on my bike. The Team at Trek really know what they are doing. Not only did I get my bike back in time for my next long commute, given their knowledge, I was able to pick their brains about my bike - what they knew about the make and model, the longevity of some of the parts and when I should look at changing some of them and more. I highly recommend them.

This is a really great store with amazing staff. Really helpful going way above and beyond to help you find products that are not even in their store that are sold by competing brands elsewhere. The service area is excellent with extremely kind staff and the price of my puncture repair being only £16 is much cheaper than the 20 or £25. I’ve always paid before elsewhere.
