Great experience buying a Trek racing bike. Maddie talked me through the process and made a few adjustments following my test ride which made the riding position more comfortable. She was very knowledgeable in helping me choose pedals, locks, shoes and a helmet. All the accessories I ordered were fitted on the bike for me when I went to collect it. First class customer service.

I don’t own a trek bike (yet ) but I have been in a few times when I’ve had an issue with my bike as it’s conveniently on my way home. Every time the service is incredible. Today I came in because one of my rear break pads fell out so I needed a bit of emergency care. The fella that worked there (sadly didn’t get his name, he had long hair and I believe he was Italian) replaced my break pad with such efficiency, and charged me only for the break pads and not for the labour because it was such a quick job. I’ve also had my breaks tightened there free of charge by the same guy (and remember I don’t own a trek bike - so this store owes me nothing).
I will absolutely be buying my next bike from this store.
