They've been incredibly kind to assess and fix my bike, spotting an integral issue with the brakes that could have led to scary circumstances if it wasn't fixed. Dropped by to get help fitting mudguards and a rear rack on a Trek Sport FX 4 gravel bike, bought elsewhere on a cycle to work scheme. Merton, the engineer on duty at the back desk, went above and beyond to help out: adjusting brackets, providing guidance for someone new to disc brakes, fitting additional parts to make everything fit and generally making sure everything was set up correctly. Great experience.
