He alquilado bicis de carretera varias veces con ellos este verano y no puedo estar más contento. A pesar de ser de alquiler, las bicis están en perfectas condiciones, muy nuevas, recién revisadas y van de maravilla. La tienda está súper bien, con muchísimo stock tanto en bicis como en ropa y material. El equipo de personas que forman Trek Alicante son geniales, súper amables, muy atentos y siempre ayudando en lo posible. Recomendables al 200%

Staff is super attentive and detail oriented.
Bike was in good shape; I hit one of the hardest climbs around the area (Xorret de Cati) and at the same time was able to go through a long gravel section in Aspe with no issues.
Cherry on top was that I forgot my pedals/power meter and left town the same day… here I am in Madrid sipping a caña with my pedals back THANKS to their diligence…
Can’t recommend this store enough!

I rented one of their bikes, and it was in pristine condition, making my ride around Alicante smooth and enjoyable. The bike was amazing, perfectly suited for both city streets and scenic routes. Wypożyczyliśmy tutaj rowery podczas pobytu w Alicante. Sprzęt świetnie przygotowany. Rowery miały lampki, jeden był wyposażony w zapasową dętkę, mogliśmy też wypożyczyć (już w cenie) kaski. Obsługa sklepu bardzo miła i pomocna. Bardzo polecam. Jakość obsługi i sprzętu ekstra!

I took my Trek Rail into the shop as I had an error code on the display. David was busy working on a bike at the time but took the time to see me and diagnosed the issue very quickly, with parts now on order. Very helpful, polite and lucky for me spoke great English. Thank you.
