So far everything about them is great. I moved to town with a bike off of a plane and no tools and my bike was clean, assembled, and ready within a day or so. I will avail myself of their services in the furture and recommend them to anyone. Ask for David,

Great shop with decent bikes. Friendly staff. I rented a ek Domane 105 Di2, for 2days, all good. Got the bike ready in few minutes, needed few tweaks as somebody tiny had it before (size 54, I am 177cm and it was perfect fit despite the recommendation for 56). It's not cheap but you get a premium bike. Will likely use these guys again when in Alicante.

He alquilado bicis de carretera varias veces con ellos este verano y no puedo estar más contento. A pesar de ser de alquiler, las bicis están en perfectas condiciones, muy nuevas, recién revisadas y van de maravilla. La tienda está súper bien, con muchísimo stock tanto en bicis como en ropa y material. El equipo de personas que forman Trek Alicante son geniales, súper amables, muy atentos y siempre ayudando en lo posible. Recomendables al 200%

Do not hesitate in renting a bike here…
Staff is super attentive and detail oriented.
Bike was in good shape; I hit one of the hardest climbs around the area (Xorret de Cati) and at the same time was able to go through a long gravel section in Aspe with no issues.
Cherry on top was that I forgot my pedals/power meter and left town the same day… here I am in Madrid sipping a caña with my pedals back THANKS to their diligence…
Can’t recommend this store enough!
