So, this one time, I went back to Spa 35 after living elsewhere for a decade, and just happened to pick what turned out to be an unseasonably hot day day in April for my appointment. Which would've been fine, except I had to have my 73 lb retriever-shepherd mix dog with me. Sunny, 90 degree day = my plan to park in the shade and open the windows for a cross-breeze was a fail. In a bit of a panic, I went in and explained my situation to the front desk. With zero hesitation, they told me to just bring him in, but he's big and sheds incessantly...not a med spa lobby kinda guy. Rescheduling wasn't really an option since I was there for pre-milestone-birthday Botox, so the receptionist went to the back to see if anyone else had any ideas. Next thing I knew, Warren had volunteered to babysit my dog and walk him around in the shaded grassy area with trees next to the building. Warren is the owner, you guys...I'm sure he had more important things to do, but he set them aside so that I could turn 50 looking 30. (Okay, 35, maybe 40, but Val is REALLY good at what she does!) If they hadn't already earned my loyalty for the phenomenal quality of their services, their exceptional service would've done it. They actually are the best...it's not just a buzzword. :)
