I recently visited Trek in Pakenham and was lucky to be served by Lachlan who was really kind and informative! Initially I planned to buy a new saddle to increase comfort for long rides, but after a few spins on the stationary trainer in-store, Lachlan made some adjustments to the height and angle of my current saddle which made a huge difference to my cadence! I'm super grateful for his expertise and highly recommend Trek for its friendly customer service!

Went into Trek Packenham today with a slipping seatpost on my Giant gravel bike. Greg not only fixed it but also did an adjustment on my gears. Must have taken an hour of Greg's time at least- all for no charge!!
They also fixed me up with a well priced torque wrench. These guys are the real deal and I can only reiterate the positive comments made about them. I will be back.

My 10 year old son had his bike stolen on a recent camping trip and I explained the situation to Garry.
Garry was very careful caring and extremely empathic and compassionate with my son. By the end of the sale they were on first name basis it was amazing to watch.
Garrys knowledge of the product and the way they need to be used was next level and ended up walking out with a Roscoe 7 with all the bits and pieces and was over my budget but it was worth every cent.
I don't live that close to this store in pakenham but I don't care im not going anywhere else

Best local bike shop in Pakenham if not Southeast suburbs. The guys in Trek Pakenham are always happy to help and the customer service is always top notch. I bent my hanger during a crash, took in my bike that day, Lachlan ordered a new hanger while I was in the shop (Tuesday). The part arrived 2 days later, and I had my bike back before the weekend. On top of this they have a great range of gear and accessories for all types of riding. Highly recommended.

I wanted to buy a KICKR and SB gave me good info about it and I decided to buy the CORE and next day I came to pick it up and a demo with my bike. CAM is a genius, even though he was busy he patiently explained the setup, it was a great experience overall. Highly recommended.

My husband recently purchased a new gravel bike from Trek Bikes Pakenham. I can't say enough about how good the service, knowledge and advice was.
Nothing was too much trouble and the follow up excellent.
Have had a service done on another bike and have been most impressed with the attention to detail. All work requested is documented and I was given a docket with the arranged date and time including all of my requests.
In summary Trek Pakenham is a very professional team that my husband and myself highly recommend.
