The team at Trek have been ace! Lachlan, Wolf, Cam and the rest of the team went out of their way helping to build my TT bike. As a para athlete I needed modifications to the bike and instead of seeing it as a hassle, they took the challenge and made it possible. They've managed to take the big brand of Trek and give it a small town, local bike shop feel! Thanks guys!!

A few months ago I decided to buy a bike and after some investigating my options I had it narrow down to two, the Specialized Sirrus 3 or the Trek FX 3.
When I visited Trek in Lakeside Pakenham the staff were amazing and very helpful, when I visited the other bike stores (I wont mention them) that sold the Specialized I was very disappointed, however I could go past the fact that the Specialized was quite a bit cheaper.
I continued to visit both stores and at the end i decided to pay quite a few hundred dollars more for the Trek 3 purely on the basis of the professionalism and service offered not by ne but by all the staff at the Pakenham store.
Great work guys and I would recommend you to anyone looking at purchasing a bike.

This is by far the best bike store that I have ever been to. When I enter I am greeted by all the lovely bikes in the store and the pleasant vibes. Every time I go there all the staff are very helpful and kind, They take their time explaining all the little details of whatever it is that I need. They also price match with a selected number of different stores, And the best part is that whenever I come in and need something done to my bike they do it for free.
I had bought a seatpost clamp about a day ago and I went over to there store and one of the workers was very nice and did the job for absolutely free. He also put grease in there to make sure next time i take it out it would be good to go.

Went in to get a tube and have it fitted on my
6 year old daughters little 16” Stayc E-bike….was told they had the tube but wouldn’t fit it as its an “illegal” e-bike.
Not sure if they know they can actually be owned and ridden legally on private property or not…..

When I came in to see what was wrong with my bike Gary was being impatient and would not listen to me and went to help another customer mid conversation. I had a service to see if trek could fix my bike and all they did was just clean my bike and make the problem worse for $110

Rude and unprofessional salesperson. If it was my shop I would not have kept such an employee. Owner / manager had to intervine and applolgose for his rude behaviour.
