I would like to start by saying a big THANK YOU! to Signature Immigration Forms (SIF) for all the hard work and dedication they provided to my mother and me. I sponsored my mother to get her green card. We opted out on going to an immigration law firm because it was just too expensive; so we decided to go a different route. I told my mom that I would do it on my own. Well let me tell you that it seems easy but it is not. I gave up and put it aside for a while. I have 4 small children under 7 and did not have the time nor patience. My husband and I decided to get help and I looked into several different places. I spoke to someone at one of them and tried to ask a couple basic questions, but the person was reluctant to give me any answers. He then proceeded to say that I would have to go in person for a consultation (with the pandemic and a newborn, that would have been difficult for me). He then added that it was $50 just for the consultation. I quickly crossed that place off my list, because it was clear that they didn't care to help. THEN!!! I called the next place on my list. WOW!!! As soon as I got on the phone with Ms. Mara, I knew this was the right one. She was amazing on the phone: super friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. She explained the process so well that I had no questions. I knew then they were the ones I needed to go with. I had no doubts or reservations whatsoever. Signature Immigration Forms has a very user-friendly app. Communication was key for me. Ms. Mara was always available and consistently touched base with me, keeping me in the loop each step of the way. Because of the current challenges due to COVID-19, we decided to work with Signature Forms as they seem to have a good online platform. I was a bit skeptical, but when I spoke with them I felt good. We did everything online from the comfort of our home and everything was easy and I can say efficient. I got an RFE last 3 months ago and and I have to respond to it next Friday. we were losing hope because we couldn't find a co sponsor. I had 2 potential co sponsor but one didn't happen Mara had to explain everything about being a co sponsor and she spent good an hour for that. She got my back even she just got my case that day! I found another co sponsor which this time worked out and Mara was so fast with everything!! she responded so quick!! answered all the questions that I have. im actually in tears right now coz we just finished everything in 4 days!! she knows what she is doing not even the lawyers out there who charged thousands and thousands and treat you like nothing! Mara is very respectful, hardworking oh my why I didn't find her any sooner?! don't hire those expensive lawyers! hire Mara she understand our situation and she hears our voices! trust me she didn't care for money coz I even offer her a tip and she said NO! who says no to a tip?! I got an RFE on my green card application in late January and the co sponsor I had and his lawyer pulled out last minute. I found Mara 4 days ago and my RFE was due at the end of the week. I found a new co sponsor and Mara took an hour explaining what it is to be a co sponsor, answered everyone's questions, she was amazing! We sent her all the paperwork required the day after we talked and she did it all over the weekend! Anything we needed she was there! I texted her any time of the day and she responded right away. The flash could never. And anything she needed she also let us know quickly. This is the absolute best service I've ever had. if I new about her before I would've hired her for my K1 rather than my previous lawyer who charged us too much for bad service. Overall they are quick and very efficient and their service is very affordable too. I even offered to pay more because that's how good the service is!! I hope more people will come to Mara and the Signature Immigration Forms for all their immigration needs because they are the best!
