I went in to look at bicycles. I haven’t owned or ridden a bike in 15 years. Bikes have changed. Chris spent 30 minutes with me, answered really basic questions and explained the various bikes and options clearly and well. He convinced me to take a trial ride which was great. Great service, friendly, informative. Didn’t make me feel stupid with my basic questions.
