Trek Chapel Hill is a solid bike store and maintenance shop. I bought two new Checkpoints at this location and the whole crew from the front desk to the mechanics in the back were top notch. I drove almost 2 hours to this location for my specific in stock Checkpoint and came back to pick up the second bike, and I’d come here again for sure.

By far the best bike shop around. The staff is so nice and always understanding. I don't own a bike I use a wheelchair and this the only place around that will change tubes and tires and provide air when I need it. They have no idea how thankful I am for them because otherwise I would have to wait weeks for an appointment with a wheelchair provider. Please come in and spend all your money because I need this place to stay open for the foreseeable future.
