Really happy with the experience here. Test rode a bike but didn’t like it. Instead bought a used trek from the used trek website. Brought that bike in for warranty service and they were really helpful and not salty I didn’t buy from them.

The most helpful and friendly staff I've ever seen at a cycling shop, hands down. I purchased a Trek Domane in October 2025 and Dan had the patience and the knowledge to talk me through options and multiple test rides. I didn't feel like he was just trying to make a sale or upsell me on extras. The first month I had some trouble with chain rub and they tweaked it for no charge. Highly recommend Trek Chapel hill to anybody in the area!

Every time I walk into this bike shop, I am greeted with kindness and they help with my bike needs. The last time I walked in, the bike mechanic just needed to do one adjustment that I couldn't do because I didn't have the tool. He handed me my bike back and said, have a good day. I went back yesterday to get an adjustment on my daughter's bike and they immediately greeted me, threw my bike up on the stand, and did the adjustment. They charged a small fee which I was very happy to pay. I will continue to go to this bike shop for all my bike needs. Thanks, guys! If I was a secret shopper, you all would have gotten 10s.

This place truly cares about bikes. I took my e-bike in for a scraping noise coming from the front wheel, which turned out to be a challenging solve; but after an expert effort I got my bike back sounding and running perfectly, all for a very humble price. I would recommend this gem of a bike store/shop to anyone needing service on their bike, or looking for a new one.
