This place is fantastic and the products are top-notch! As someone who has ridden bicycles since I could stand on two feet (BMX, flatland, fixie, MTB, etc I have always been highly in support of bikes I could work on myself with parts that were somewhat universal. But I had no idea how far bikes have come in the last 10 years and Trek makes an exceptional product. The attention details, the cohesiveness, the design and the experience our second to none! I see how much further I can push myself with the right equipment. The Chapel Hill location specifically hosts a knowledgeable, friendly staff that from the first minute I walked in the door, made me feel welcome as I start my journey into serious road cycling! Lots of good information, feedback, advice with no awkwardness for superiority vibes. Fantastic team here! Some repairs I needed were done quickly and honestly by Rachel, who walked me through the process and didn’t pressure me to spend money I didn’t need to super chill and easy to work with. They are all quick to offer solutions without overwhelming, and very personable. I think this is the start of something great for me and I hope others find the same joy as I do at this location! 110% would recommend and will be back (especially since I have a loaner while my bike is being fixed xD.
