Every time I walk into this bike shop, I am greeted with kindness and they help with my bike needs. The last time I walked in, the bike mechanic just needed to do one adjustment that I couldn't do because I didn't have the tool. He handed me my bike back and said, have a good day. I went back yesterday to get an adjustment on my daughter's bike and they immediately greeted me, threw my bike up on the stand, and did the adjustment. They charged a small fee which I was very happy to pay. I will continue to go to this bike shop for all my bike needs. Thanks, guys! If I was a secret shopper, you all would have gotten 10s.

This place truly cares about bikes. I took my e-bike in for a scraping noise coming from the front wheel, which turned out to be a challenging solve; but after an expert effort I got my bike back sounding and running perfectly, all for a very humble price. I would recommend this gem of a bike store/shop to anyone needing service on their bike, or looking for a new one.

My first time in and I was a little anxious as I am not a "bike person." Wow, I was so impressed! The staff there (shout out to Dan) were so nice, pleasant, knowledgable, patient, and listened to me. They treated me with respect and answered all my questions and were amazing to my two littles who were checking out balance bikes as I asked questions about bike racks. Amazing customer service, I will be going here for all my bike needs in the future.

I brought my bike into Trek after my house flooded. It had been completely submerged underwater and was in pretty bad shape. They were very sympathetic and helped me out tremendously. The bike was fixed within a few days, and I got it back looking even BETTER than new! I will be coming here for all of my future bike repairs and shopping. Thank you Rachel & the rest of the Trek team!

The service department is second to none. Admittedly, I am an EXTREMELY persnickety "PITA" when it comes to my bike maintenance and performance. Every time I receive my bike back from Chapel Hill, it runs so perfectly. The people there are fast, friendly and actually go out of their way to learn their customers name ( go figure that in today's day and age). If I could leave six stars I would.
