Stopped into the store on my ride around Chapel Hill/Durham/Apex/Umstead and was having an issue with my front light (Bontrager mini) which would no longer go into flash mode. They tried a few known fixes, which did not correct the issue and then replaced it with a new Trek version of the same lamp under warranty. Very friendly and helpful team - nice store!

I came in on Saturday to look at bike seats. The gentleman who helped me was great! He listened carefully about how I use my bike, installed my new seat at no extra charge and had useful suggestions for my next bike.
