I walked in for service on my reise & Müller electric bike. I had a fender issue. Jake took led me right way. Fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. My bike was back on my rack in 20 minutes. I was extremely impressed with the speed, quality, and professionalism of the shop. I live north of Milwaukee, I am in Madison visiting my daughter, we are doing a ride on Sunday. So I was really hoping to be to have the issue taken care of. I was never expecting to get service just by walking in with the bike, but that’s exactly what happened. So now I have decided they will service my bike always. Especially, the yearly service. So thank you Trek, I will definitely be back.

I just bought a Speed Concept bike from Trek Bicycle Madison West, love the bike, and am loving the experience working with their team. Jake Jones helped me trick it out to be a triathlon weapon, which it is. Two days ago in my first triathlon with the SC bike I had the fastest bike split in my age group by over 2 minutes at the sprint distance. I decided on Bontrager wheels for training and for my front race wheel because they did very well in independent wind tunnel testing and have hooked rims. Jake also got me a DT 1100 disc wheel rapidly, which also has hooked rims and is beautiful. Mike Wodyn did a great job on my fitting, which is fast and just meets UCI regulations. Mike is now setting up my indoor bike in the identical position. Their whole team is great to work with!

Techs were experienced and very knowledgable. They aren't just a bunch of folks who are handy with bike tools. The team handled my supercaliber with ease.

Phenomenal customer service. Its a real pleasure to go there. I've shopped at multiple bike shops locally, and the West Madison Trek store is by far the best. Its not even close.

Took my bike back to have it looked a couple weeks after having it serviced because my chain was skipping. Technician identified the problem right away, fixed it and recommended oiling the chain more often. He was very helpful and did a quick diagnostic check on my bike and all was well

We had such an incredible experience today. Before walking in here, we checked out two other bike shops, and even though they had things within our price range/items that would totally work for him, I was not super impressed by the customer service/lack of attentiveness to my eight-year-old, who is very excited to purchase his first “real bike”. Tracey greeted us right away & helped my son find something quickly. I had my 4 & 6 year olds with me who were quickly losing steam from our day full of shopping for bikes & she got us set up with exactly what we were looking for. My 8 year old was so excited to pick out some extra accessories to make his bike one of a kind. After a quick test run we were sold, headed over to target while they got the bike ready, & we were on our way. I’m so excited to go back & work with her to find a bike for myself- next time without the kiddos. Thank you for making him feel special & helping me along this process as well!
