I walked in for service on my reise & Müller electric bike. I had a fender issue. Jake took led me right way. Fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. My bike was back on my rack in 20 minutes. I was extremely impressed with the speed, quality, and professionalism of the shop. I live north of Milwaukee, I am in Madison visiting my daughter, we are doing a ride on Sunday. So I was really hoping to be to have the issue taken care of. I was never expecting to get service just by walking in with the bike, but that’s exactly what happened. So now I have decided they will service my bike always. Especially, the yearly service. So thank you Trek, I will definitely be back.
