Jake was awesome to work with! I crashed my Madone and was concerned about carbon damage. He was attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The team was able to inspect the bike, replace a few parts I wouldn’t have been able to see were broken myself. When picking up my bike, Jake helped make some minor adjustments to my shifter to ensure it was butter smooth. Back in the saddle same day and felt confident riding again!

Showroom was nicely displayed and exceptionally clean. I can tell when a store half butts a cleaning job. There was no trash in the parking lot and the display items were on point. Straight and neat. Good work crew!

Just bought a Fetch 4 and had some simple questions that I couldn’t figure out on my own. Heidi patiently took the time to show me resources on how to do things for my bike and then went the extra mile demonstrating it to me on a floor model! The time before, a different employee assisted me ordering a part and got it shipped for free to the store, and it was on sale! The employees have been knowledgeable, kind, and earnestly helpful, everything you would want from a local bike shop, albeit a big chain.

We came in for a couple new kids bikes because they have outgrown their current Trek’s. Jake took care of us. He did such a great job working with the children. He showed them available bikes in the appropriate sizes and color options. Once they decided what color they wanted, he prepared the bikes to go home. He also took time to educate both children on proper braking, shifting, and safe practices. Thank you Jake and Trek for outstanding service and attention!

We received exceptional customer service from Heidi. She showed us several options and gave us plenty of time to decide on an model. She then found the preferred size and color at another Trek Store and had it sent over to the one we were at within a couple days. She spent time with my son to review all of the features and how to use all components. The best part was the bike was $80 cheaper than another bike shop that we were originally looking at. The experience couldn't have been better and I will be back for my future needs!
