Trek Bicycle Madison West provides exemplary service. Bob and several others made my day with the assistance they provided after my car, bike rack, and Domane were involved in a car crash. Our bike rack was totaled and my Domane had bent wheels. Bob and several others took care of everything for me. I highly recomment this store!

Just went to Trek in West Madison to trade in/upgrade my daughter's bicycle (she has outgrown the 24" Pre-Caliber). The staff was very helpful, and we left happy owners of a new 27.5" Marlin for her.

Best experience I’ve had at a bike shop! The technicians were incredibly helpful, friendly, and prompt. I needed my bike ready for an event this weekend, and they were able to help me right away and get everything taken care of quickly. I really appreciated the great service and how accommodating they were. Highly recommend!

Truly exceptional service. Bought my Trek elsewhere, but Andrea looked up the manual I needed and emailed it to me for reference. Orion walked me through the SRAM app, taught me the particulars of how to control and check components/batteries, re-torqued motor mount bolts, and topped off my tire sealant while I waited. Six out of five stars.
