Had a wonderful experience going to a bike shop for the first time! Caleb was extremely helpful explaining everything about road biking to help me make a choice on my first bike. I was able to test ride bikes, and decided on the Domane AL5. It was out of stock, but they were able to order one for when inventory is back. I can't wait until it arrives!

I put some red Race Face pedals on it and some red Bontrager handlebar grips on it! It's the smoothest riding bike that I've owned besides my Haro, GT, or Dyno BMX freestyle bikes back in the 80s!

I like this store. You are greeted when entering but if you just want to browse they step back. When you need help somebody is there to assist. It’s not easy to provide this balance of customer service and they nail it. Thank you.

Best bike shop in the area, I don't bother anymore to go anywhere else. As always, first rate customer service as soon as you walk in the door. Heidi was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable in helping me select my new bike. Service dept. is always top notch, as well. I own 4 Trek bikes and am always very impressed with this local Wisconsin company.
