We came in for a couple new kids bikes because they have outgrown their current Trek’s. Jake took care of us. He did such a great job working with the children. He showed them available bikes in the appropriate sizes and color options. Once they decided what color they wanted, he prepared the bikes to go home. He also took time to educate both children on proper braking, shifting, and safe practices. Thank you Jake and Trek for outstanding service and attention!

We received exceptional customer service from Heidi. She showed us several options and gave us plenty of time to decide on an model. She then found the preferred size and color at another Trek Store and had it sent over to the one we were at within a couple days. She spent time with my son to review all of the features and how to use all components. The best part was the bike was $80 cheaper than another bike shop that we were originally looking at. The experience couldn't have been better and I will be back for my future needs!
