The repair technicians are always friendly and don't try to sell me services I don't need. On several occasions I have stopped in with a problem and they have fixed it while I wait, sometimes at no charge.

I would say that my experience at TREK bikes has been excellent. First of all, the quality of bikes is very high. Next, a variety of types of bikes is wonderful. Lastly, the people that work there are outstanding in the way they treat the people who come in to TREK. This place, products, and people are so much worth the time!

Amazing experience.
Called them on a Saturday to inquire about a replacement part on an old Trek. The team called me the following day on Sunday, and we were able to discuss more. I was at an event and couldn't make it before store close but still this was amazing, I had called multiple other bike shops and this was the one that called back. (I believe I talked to Alice?) They were great
On Monday I finally received my replacement part which fit, the technician Jake was super helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. I will be back! Great folks.

Trek West is the best. Can't recommend them enough. Always Friendly, Knowledgable. No attitude or attempts at upselling. I've worked with at least 6 of their staff and they are all consistently excellent. Just rolled in for a relatively easy fix and it was done in no time at all and the price was beyond fair.
