I like this store. You are greeted when entering but if you just want to browse they step back. When you need help somebody is there to assist. It’s not easy to provide this balance of customer service and they nail it. Thank you.

I would like to say thank you to Tracey for providing us excellent service and delivered right my kids bikes away. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Best bike shop in the area, I don't bother anymore to go anywhere else. As always, first rate customer service as soon as you walk in the door. Heidi was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable in helping me select my new bike. Service dept. is always top notch, as well. I own 4 Trek bikes and am always very impressed with this local Wisconsin company.

The repair technicians are always friendly and don't try to sell me services I don't need. On several occasions I have stopped in with a problem and they have fixed it while I wait, sometimes at no charge.

I would say that my experience at TREK bikes has been excellent. First of all, the quality of bikes is very high. Next, a variety of types of bikes is wonderful. Lastly, the people that work there are outstanding in the way they treat the people who come in to TREK. This place, products, and people are so much worth the time!

Amazing experience.
Called them on a Saturday to inquire about a replacement part on an old Trek. The team called me the following day on Sunday, and we were able to discuss more. I was at an event and couldn't make it before store close but still this was amazing, I had called multiple other bike shops and this was the one that called back. (I believe I talked to Alice?) They were great
On Monday I finally received my replacement part which fit, the technician Jake was super helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. I will be back! Great folks.
