I have bought 2 cars thru Rick Ridings Ford, 1 used and 1 new, and they were both great experiences. They took care of everything and made the process super simple. Highly recommend!! I also use them for service (oil change etc) and they always go above and beyond!! I recently showed up with an appt for an oil change that I accidentally booked online at the wrong dealership and Cameron bent over backwards to get me squeezed in. I’ve never met an employee that wasn’t nice there. I drive from Champaign to come here because the service is EXCELLENT and nowadays days that can be hard to find.
