My wife and I went in to look at recumbent trikes. Mark Lawrence greeted us and answered our questions. We were surprised when he told us we could test drive one, two actually. This was no easy task as I am 7 ft. tall. Martin in the service dept. had to extend the boom all the way out and add links to the chain on a rental bike. They showed us a course through a safe neighborhood in back of the shop and my wife and I went for our test ride. The whole staff could not have been friendlier or more patient with me. In fact we came back the next week for another test ride. We now own two Terra Trike Rover's. Every time we come in it is a fantastic experience. We even showed up on a Sunday to purchase a bike rack and have it installed. Only one person was working and the phones were ringing off the wall. He still installed our rack in a reasonable time while handling other customers and the phone. GOOD JOB!!! Bottom line if you need a bike or trike or anything bike related Sun Cycle is the place to go. Sorry for not knowing all the employee's name's yet, but I will ! Good job everbody.
