I can't say enough good things about Maraboon Pet Resort in Emerald. Our Cocker Spaniel, Herb, has been coming here since he was a puppy, and from the very first day, we've felt completely at ease leaving him in their care. The staff are not only professional but also incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. It’s clear that they genuinely love the animals they look after, and Herb has always been treated like a cherished member of their family. A heartfelt thank you to Robyn Adams, Andrea Hales, Cara Ludlow, Lilly Worthington, Rebecca Coomber, and Ash Adams for the warmth and care you've all shown Herb over the years. (Apologies if I've missed anyone!) Your kindness has made a world of difference. From daycare to grooming and boarding, Herb has always had an exceptional experience. Every time we’ve picked him up, he’s come home happy, well-cared for, and relaxed — and that peace of mind has been priceless. It’s so reassuring to know he’s been in such loving hands. As we prepare to move to Brisbane, it’s incredibly hard to say goodbye to Maraboon. But I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place to anyone in the Emerald area and beyond. The level of care and dedication here is truly unmatched. Maraboon has been a second home for Herb, and we’re forever grateful for everything the team has done for him over the years. If you're planning on a few days at Carnarvon Gorge then why not give the dog a break too? We did and it gave us free range to explore the gorge - brilliant and when we picked Fred up she was fit, happy and knackered - also brilliant . I was visiting Emerald and took my 2 Toy Poodles to be groomed at Maraboon Pet Resort. I was very impressed by the quality of the grooming and the professional service. I will definitely bring them back when I am travelling through again.

I am so grateful for maraboon pet resort, I was super nervous when putting Bear into doggy day care and the kennels but the staff were extremely understanding and comforting. Bear absolutely loves going and often tries to run back in when I pick him up. I love the photo updates and report cards, it makes me so happy that I have this opportunity so my dog can have a fun day while we are working or away. Most of all, every single staff member has made us all welcomed and I can tell how amazing they all are by how much my dog loves them.

Always such a pleasure taking our puppies here for grooming and they love their stay when boarding. They both come back home so happy.

Yes it's a bit pricey but it's secure and clean. One fussy sausage dog well cared for and smelled freshly bathed on pick up day!

What an absolute delight Maraboon Pet Resort is. I'm a traveller, but I was treated like a local. Robyn was so helpful in making the booking for my Toy Poodle's groom, & then helped with another booking. We were warmly greeted on the day, & my dog's groom was exactly what I'd asked for. He was happy & even emerged from the salon wearing a cute bandana. Thank you everyone, I highly recommend this business.

Thank you to all the caring and kind staff at Maraboon Pet Resort. Little Sooky Lala had a stay this week and was very happy from the time we arrived. She had a Spa Day being groomed and her accommodation was fabulous. I would definitely recommend Maraboon Pet Resort if you are looking for exceptional care and accommodations for your fur baby.
