Greg was very professional. He called to let me know when he was 20 minutes out. He explained in detail exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He was meticulous and methodical in reviewing the area to locate the nest and to remove the wasps inside the house.

Pest Assassins was amazing to work with. We discovered a hornet's nest on our condo property, called Pest Assassins, and Jeremy was able to come out the very next day and quickly remove it. Their promptness was super important since these were aggressive hornets, and we have several children and elderly residents who could have been compromised with a sting. Jeremy called several times to update us on when he would be arriving, and he was highly professional, with a very fair price for the removal. I would definitely recommend Pest Assassins to anyone looking for pest removal services.

I used pest assassins for a rental where the tenant had A LOT of carpenter ants. It took a while for them to die off (which was what we were told). Great service, on time.Hopefully we won't need them again, but if the need arises, I won't hesitate to use this professional company.

I've been using Pest Assassins for about 4 years and I couldn't be happier! I have a 2 acre property with lots of growth...veggie garden...chickens....lots of opportunities for pests of all kinds! I don't like using national companies....so tried Pest Assassins when I purchased the property 4 years ago. They are super communicative and most importantly both the mosquito/tick service as well as quarterly for mice, ants, spiders, bees etc..... are a huge value! The services have been very effective and anytime I have any concerns the owners or managers address it right away!!! I will be a long time customer!!!
