Very satisfied! I was able to get someone to come out and address our yellow jacket problem the next morning (which also happened to be a Saturday). The technician showed up on time and prepared. He quickly provided a quote and offered to perform the service immediately. I was skeptical that the treatment would work, but it did. Our problem is 99% addressed, and they have offered to come back if needed, at no additional charge. I highly recommend Pest Assassins.

3rd year and very happy with Pest Assassins. Greg is fabulous. He let's you know when he's on his way, if running a bit late, early etc. He's very conscientious, fastidious, and incredibly knowledgeable. He wears booties when entering your home btw. My carpenter ants problem is under control as is spider etc. I'm very happy with their service The team and company is terrific and stands by their work. I endorse them and have recommended them to friends.

Derek is THE BEST! I had a cookout a few weeks ago to which a nest of yellow jackets were not invited. Pest Assasins arrived the next day to treat a nest behind the brick of my house. There was a NOTICEABLE difference within a few hours and the cookout proceeded the following day without issue. Today, i had to have a retreatment through no fault of the company. The yellow jackets were just a bit better at hiding behind the brick. Derek listened to my concerns as to where I was finding their dead little bodies in the house and did a thorough inspection of the areas. He retreated and told me to what to watch for. . He reassured me that if I have further issues or concerns, do not hesitate to call. I could not be more pleased with the response, attention and service received. Thank you doesn't say enough!!
