Service was fast and the cost very reasonable.
I was hosting an event this past Sunday and required a large yellow jacket nest in a difficult area be addressed.
Though I called on Friday, they were able to accommodate me for a Saturday appointment to assess and treat if I chose.
Derek arrived early, explained the issue, treated it and explained what to expect after treatment.
I was given peace of mind knowing the service is warranted.

I called and Cody showed up the next day to get rid of our bee problem. Cody was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Pest Assassins to anybody who has a pest problem and their prices where the best out of the 5 places I called. Its been a few weeks and the bees are gone and we can enjoy our new patio.

We've been using Pest Assassins for about 7 years after we encountered a mouse issue. They now come quarterly and are always friendly, professional and thorough. The technicians explain what they've done and do a great job. Fortunately, the original problem has been taken care of and usually each visit is basically preventative. Sometimes we need to change an appointment, they reply back to us quickly and are always willing to accommodate our schedule. We're very happy with the service we receive, every time.

Will be very happy to use them again if needed! Had a small yellowjacket issue. Cody came and explained the process and went out and found the nest quickly, let me know what the next steps were and how the process works. Cody was amazing, I give him 10 stars for understanding the urgency of getting the problem resolved, and being extremely thorough. Hopefully we wont need to call them back anytime soon, but if we have an issue, we know who we are calling!!!
