5 star rating that is well deserved. Jerry Mercedes arrived on time - to the minute!- was knowledgeable about wasps and explained what likely happened to allow indoor access of wasps in December. Made a plan that made sense to me and executed it efficiently. Today -no wasps. The company is calling in a month to followup and I decided to opt for a quarterly checkup for all other potential pests - ants, more wasps, mice, squirrels that had gotten into my attic. Price tag seemed reasonable

Jerry called 20 mins before his arrival which was a great help to me. Once here he listened to what I had to say about activity my girls were hearing. Then he took the time to explain what he found and even saved me a bit of money by reusing the baits I already had from their last visit. Jerry was very thorough, checking the places my little visitors were getting in and putting barriers in place to stop them. He checked other places common for mice to get in and didn't see any problems there.

Adam was great!!! He arrived early which gave him time to see the nest while there was still enough light available. He took good care to not to damage our shrubs while placing his ladder. He suited up and quickly took care of the yellow jacket nest. He explained what we should see for activity in the coming days. Normally, I would just leave the hornets alone, but we were seeing live hornets inside house, in the room, adjacent to were the nest was. Adam came in and killed the few he found in the house. I would definitely hire Pest Assassins and Adam again! Thank you, Larry M.
