We have worked with Pest Assassins since they opened their business. Their responsiveness is excellent - via phone, text, or email. Their website allows for paperless billing and online payment and a review of what was completed during the service. Not only do we have quarterly pest treatments and mosquito spraying in the summer, we have also had times in the past where we have needed them to come out for something else (e.g., a wasp nest burrowed into our vinyl siding). They have always responded super promptly. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for all your pest-related needs.

Jay was thorough and informative about how to tackle my outside ant problem. While treating the ants, he identified a new bees nest near my roof, which he also treated. And when I told him that my son got stung three times mowing the lawn the other day, he located and treated a very large, established colony underground. There was an additional fee but he was able to accommodate me without having to reschedule. I always use Pest Assassins and highly recommend them!

Edward was amazing. He came to the door, introduced himself, greeted our dog and instructed us to keep him inside for at least an hour. He then proceeded to apply the treatment in a very professional way, getting under some of our bushes and shrubs. I hope Edward comes back to our house next time. Thanks Edward!
