This business is excellent. I have dealt with Adam who has been extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive. When Adam came out to give me a quote, he did a thorough inspection of my property. He found that not only did I have carpenter ants, I also had termites. He welcomed my questions and was able to answer them with confidence. He sent me a quote within hours of viewing the property and it came in much cheaper than a competitor company. A couple of days later I noticed that the carpenter ants had begun to nest inside the house. I sent a picture to Adam and he came over the same day to start the treatment (even though my appointment was not until the following week). I highly recommend Pest Assassins for your pest and rodent problems.

Matthew was very professional. He explained to me what was occurring at the site where the bees were going behind the wood and how to prevent future nests. He walked the perimeter of the house just to have a look. We just has a new heat pump system installed and the company put in these runs to cover the drain pipes. He suggested simply to put in steel wool to avoid mice in the attic and house; something I didn't even think of. We also also talked about termites as the prior owner of the house had them in the past; something we might take into consideration in the future. Matt: thank you for all of your help. When we bought our house the previous owners had a contract with Pest Assassins that we just continued on with. In addition to that we have used them for a carpenter bee situation so it only made sense that when we spotted a new yellow jacket nest we call them.
