I started to notice my food shelf in my basement was getting attacked by some type of rodent. I figured it was mice. The problem continued and the mouse traps I set weren’t working. I finally called pest Assasins and Chris Bruni came out the following day. He was professional precise and knowledgeable and found out it was actually a rat that was doing the damage. He took action right away sealing up outside and inside entry points and setting rat traps . The communication and professionalism displayed was above and beyond. His passion for the job and care for his customers is second to none. Being active duty military myself it was easy to pick a veteran ran company that truly cares about its customers and takes care of business.

We have always had great service with Pest Assassins but today Jay M went well above and beyond and really impressed my husband and I. He not only did all the work that we were hoping but took extra measures to investigate further and didn’t shy away from exploring areas of the house that weren’t part of the usual routine. He gave us 1,000% (yes, a thousand) of his time, efforts and advice. I really am pleased to be a customer of his and Pest Assassins. Excellent job!
