We have been using Pest Assassins since we bought our home a year ago. During our home inspection there were signs of rodent activity, and after closing we noticed substantial amounts of centipedes, silverfish, and spiders in the home. Adam from Pest Assassins has been helping us control the problem. We have not had any rodent activity in our home since we began pest control services, and we have significantly reduced the amount of insects inside the home and the problem seems to be under control. Jay McNamara and the people at Pest Assassins exceeded my expectations from the first phone call. After calling several companies and being unable to reach anyone (one company the phone just rang and rang) I was delighted to reach a human at Pest Assassins on the first try. A home visit was arranged and Jay McNamara showed up on time. He was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. After hearing my concerns, he carefully checked around my home, and then proceeded to explain the process of extermination. He hit all the important points regarding safety to animals and people, what to expect and let me know that there were two paths going forward. These were the “one time application” and the “quarterly maintenance.” Honestly, I was looking for the least expensive option, but the price and the service caused me to rethink and after a few days of research, I ended up contacting Jay to sign up for a quarterly program. I am more than happy with how this company is run, it’s employees, it’s services offered to cost ratio and the knowledge of the technician. Contracts, payment and appointments can be handled over email, making it the perfect choice for someone who doesn’t enjoy constant back and forth phone calls. I would highly recommend this company and in particular, Jay McNamara.
