I initially called Pest Assassins about a carpenter bee issue. Sean wasted no time to come out to take a look and advise me on the issue, the nature of the insect and prevention. I was so impressed I hired them for a mouse issue (and signed up for quarterly service which also includes a bunch of other critters), and now mosquito and tick treatments. They are reasonably priced, professional, super responsive and communicative. Really, really happy with the service!

I have nothing but good things to say about Pest Assasins. I have been using their quarterly service for my log cabin home for 6 years and have never had a bad experience. I am always asked if I have any special issues going on and have always felt that my concerns were addressed. Every technician has been super professional and I appreciate that I have seen a few technicians multiple times. This is great because I know that the turnover rate is not high and I am comfortable knowing that the technicians learn the quirks of my home and property. I also appreciate that the technicians will tell me when certain chemical applications would not be auspicious based on my family situation etc. Their communication is superb and scheduling system is very convenient and flexible. I highly recommend this company!

Our tech, Adam, is reliable, knowledgeable and super friendly. He is so thorough when he comes each quarter for our service. He communicates what’s happening in the house and what his steps are going to be.
Any time I think I hear any kind of activity I email the office and Adam is out the next day.
