Chris was great! One request to all the technicians: it would be great if the technicians would wear the paper booties while in the basement and then remove them when coming upstairs. This would eliminate mouse poop being tracked through the rest of the house. Steven, who was my first technician, did this, but nobody has since. Thanks!
