When we first heard mice in the walls, we needed immediate service and expert advice. Pest Assassins was quick to respond, the tech who came out was honest about our situation, and incredibly helpful about next steps. His goal was to solve the problem, not make money off our predicament.
Then when we found out we had a termite problem, there was no question about who to call. They were quick to come out and provide lots of advice.
Every single tech that's come out to the house for our quarterly checks has been kind, very friendly, and professional. They always go the extra mile! Can't recommend them enough!!

Chris was here for the second visit since I started with Pest Assassins. Both times he was friendly and easy to communicate with. He was very knowledgeable, giving me good information on how to manage pest control and answering my questions. In addition to providing the bait traps, he identified and closed up many areas where mice could enter. He is a pleasure to deal with.
