I was looking to replace my 10-year old triathlon bike. Matty helped me and was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient with my MANY questions. The bike I ultimately purchased (SpeedConcept) was a special order - Matty did a great job giving me frequent updates about the order status. When I went to pick the bike up, Matty spent a ton of time with me making sure I was 100% comfortable before I rode out the door. I highly recommend Trek Highlands Ranch and in particular- Matty - he is amazing!
