My Trek Domane was having issues with the seat post and seat post clamp. Issac, Cam & Dan helped me negotiate the warranty process seamlessly and installing the new parts. I did a metric century yesterday and the bike performed perfectly with no seat post slippage. I am very happy to be back on the Domane! Thank you Trek Highlands Ranch!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had the mountain bike with the features I required and arranged a test ride. Reasonable cost. Worked after store hours to prepare the bike and paperwork so I was able to leave the store with the bike and get riding.
