Trek Lawrence is an amazing bike shop with really good employees. They will listen to me as a customer to really understand my needs and goals and give me options on how to meet those needs. The service side is also top notch. The service manager, Lizzie knows everything there is to know about working on bikes and will make sure the repair is done right. I just purchased my 3rd bike from Trek and will continue to go back as they make the process easy and understandable.
