I’ve taken my son’s bike here a few times and have been very happy with them. Simple flat tire repair to several safety repairs and adjustments on a belt drive, internal hub shifter that I know nothing about. It is his ONLY source of transportation. Service is done quickly I normally option for higher end parts given pro and cons. He is rough on his bike. (28 and rides like an 8 year old). Other than waiting on parts, service is NASCAR fast! Thank You!

Christian and his staff were very welcoming and professional. I needed a quote for damages to my bike after being hit by a car for insurance purposes. Christian was extremely detailed and clear on the obvious damages as well as the less noticeable damages. His assessment was done quickly and satisfied the insurance adjuster. There was no sales pressure to purchase another bike which was greatly appreciated. He stored the damaged bike and then disposed of it for me after the insurance claim was finalized. 10/5 stars.
