Christian and his staff were very welcoming and professional. I needed a quote for damages to my bike after being hit by a car for insurance purposes. Christian was extremely detailed and clear on the obvious damages as well as the less noticeable damages. His assessment was done quickly and satisfied the insurance adjuster. There was no sales pressure to purchase another bike which was greatly appreciated. He stored the damaged bike and then disposed of it for me after the insurance claim was finalized. 10/5 stars.

Christian is a wealth of knowledge, he can guide you through the process of determining what bike will best fit your needs. Hands down the best bike shop in town!
