My wife was hit by a car while riding her E-bike. There was quite a bit of damage to my wife's E-bike but Lizzie got it fixed. Lizzie did an excellent job repairing the bike. Lawrence Trek Bike shop hires professionals to work on your bike and would not hesitate to take any bike there for repairs. I have been to other bike shops where they hire "kids" and I have been disappointed in the results. Trek Bike Shop, Keep up the awesome work. Highly recommend!!

For 30 years I’ve spent my time and money at bike shops in the US, Canada, and abroad. In my experience, it is rare to find a shop with female mechanics, but the Lawrence Trek store has more than one! This shop is how it should be!
The shop is organized, thoughtfully appointed, and is stocked with products that riders of all levels will use (and can afford to use). It is clear that the staff and management care about their products and their customers.
Finally, (and this is no small thing) the bathroom was immaculately clean! Maybe best in the industry…certainly of the ones I’ve seen (and cleaned).
In Lawrence you’ve got a choice of shops. Stop by the Trek store if you haven’t already. Have a beverage, talk bikes, and find the local shop community you’ve been looking for.

Great service. They let me try out several bicycles before I ordered one (it arrived quickly - I wanted a different color). Great in-store selection, everything from basic bicycles to high-end pro models.
Amazing customer service - Christian was my main contact in the process but Shawn and Carter also worked with me and everyone was helpful, thoughtful and encouraged questions.
I felt no pressure to buy a bicycle - just encouragement to ask questions and become more educated on the features of each option. Truly a wonderful buying experience and outstanding customer service. Stop by and see for yourself!

I had a great experience purchasing my first mountain bike. They allowed me to ride a few options before I decided on the one that was right for me. Helped me get the right accessories and gave me maintenance tips. They also shared local events for biking. I recommend the Trek shop for all your biking needs.
