Took my 10 yr old son's mountain bike in for trouble shooting today as a walk-in. I was greeted right away and helped shortly after. Ron was the technician that completed the service check and on spot repairs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He answered all my questions and even took time to show me around the shop. I appreciate the service. Thank you!
