I’ve been buying Trek bikes here for years. The knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of the staff is like no other. I also take my bikes here for service. Their service is the greatest. They can diagnose quickly and repair in a short time if parts are available. I will be purchasing another bike here this week. I’ve been working with Ben for a long time now and he is the best!

Keith at trek was pleasure to deal with ,made the whole process very fast and easy ,bike was done extremely fast and with great care ,the bike arrived in great condition in delivery from trek from the warehouse except for the front rim is a little off but I’m sure that can be taken care of ,but other then that it’s been a top tier experience with trek of south Tampa .

Erik and Ben are fantastic (as I am sure the other associates are as well). I was looking for a fitness bike to keep in FL and saw that Trek had a nice sale. When I called the store, Erik took the time to hear what I was looking for, guided me to the right model, and ordered an XL which was not in their inventory. The bike came in a few days later. When I picked it up there was a slight mixup...an exact bike (except it was large, not XL) was next to it. Nobody (me included) noticed that I was being adjusted on the large. On my way home, Ben called and explained the mixup. Things happen (small potatoes), yet how an organization recovers speaks volumes. Since the owner of the other bike was picking it the next day, Erik dropped off the correct bike at my house and made sure everything was perfect. Ben and Erik were super even though some people may feel 'it is just a bike'... Long review (very very rarely leave any) yet these guys went above and beyond to make sure presale, sale, and after sale were great. Thanks!

I’m a new biker, and Jake and Erick at Trek Bicycle Tampa South made my experience amazing. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my new bike. Their customer service was top-notch, and I truly appreciate the support. Highly recommend this store—especially if you’re just getting started!
