This is the second time I’ve taken my car here for a wash and I always feel so well cared for by William. He truly cares about making sure you’re comfortable and making sure your car has the best clean job possible! It’s honestly one of the best affordable interior washes I’ve had on my car and I have gone to a handful of places being from LA. It seriously feels like my car has been detailed for a fraction of the cost. This is the only car wash in the Tacoma area I know of that provides interior clean service so I’m really grateful for that. If you care about a good interior clean wash go find William he’s your guy!

I've gone here twice for the platinum detail & car wash, and they make my car look brand new each time! The customer service is amazing, and the people who work here are so sincere, professional, kind, and thorough. It truly shows that they take pride in giving their customers a great experience!
The updated waiting room has made it an even better experience for me, and I'm so grateful that they're here. I live in Seattle, but the detailing costs there are more than triple the cost here, and you often have to schedule an appointment far in advance, rather than receiving day-of service (that Super Tunnel Car Wash offers).
Though the Elephant Car Wash had a cool sign that will be missed, Super Tunnel Car Wash is a delight and a positive addition to Tacoma. Thanks for making my car look and feel brand new, Will & Heavenly!

Got the Platinum, they did a very, very good job. Was a little confused about the process, not a lot of direction, had to ask what next 3 times, so here goes: park in front of the convenience store, go in, tell him what you’re there for & pay. Then pull up in the right lane, wrap around the end & someone will be there. They’ll do some hand washing, then it’ll pull you through. At the other end, drive back around & pull into one of the 2 lanes to the left of where you went in before. Get out & they’ll detail. They have a waiting room for you, then they’ll come get you when it’s done. Again, they did a very good job.

I had a ValUPak coupon for here for a $50 mini car clean-out, kind of a mini detail of sorts, and wow, it was TOTALLY worth it! The only downside is that this place is in a a sketchy area, but they had my car for well over an hour and really vacuumed and washed it well. Totally worth $50 and I will go back there again and again when I want a quick clean-out, vacuum, wash, etc and don't feel like doing it myself LOL. Definitely recommended them!

Best car wash for the price! I've taken my car there twice and each time I was so impressed at the quality for the price. This last time, I arrived after the car wash was officially closed and, even though I said I didn't want them to go to any trouble if it was closed, they insisted. Both times, they thoroughly pre-washed the car with a pressure washer before sending me through the tunnel. This pre-wash is very important as it removed bird droppings, mold and dirt. I've taken my cars to other car washes; Brown Bear, (ripped my license plate off) and Classy Chassis, but both places barely touched my cars before the tunnel wash, resulting in a subpar wash job. I usually wash my cars myself at home but, in the winter time, that's not really an option. I will continue to take my cars there and am very pleased with their service and results.

I got the $20 car wash, the attendant pre soaked, fully hand washed my car BEFORE going through the automated car wash. I was really impressed.

The car was does a pretty good job but the highlight here is if you get the $50 package where they detail the inside of your car with the wash. Everyone seems to really care about your car looking nice!

It is a busy area near a bus stop, so be prepared for that. But there is no other place in the Seattle-Tacoma area that offers this kind of service for this cheap.
