speaking of my recent experience with this store for a 2-day rental. Staff: 5 star. very accommodating. communications can be tricky if you don’t speak Japanese. However, google translate could do the trick and the staff there were very warm and welcoming. Bike & equipment: 4.5 star. Rented a carbon bike for two days. Latest Madone model. Great for flat and well maintained. Staffs installed all necessary gears, pedals, mount, water cages, etc, that you could possibly need for a nice bike ride. They even provide clip in shoes (chargeable) if you forget to bring your own. minus .5 star for not providing options of the bike (size, etc) to me. Lights and helmet are provided for free use. Rental Process: seamless! No appointment required and all you need to bring is passport and a credit card (they take Apple Pay) Overall speaking, I’m glad that I chose this store which made my very first overseas bike trip memorable.
