Habe beim Mountainbiken meine Bontrager Carbon Felge zerstört. Ich bin nur der Zweitbesitzer des Rads, wobei es sich um ein Custom Build eines Trek Athleten handelt. Daher gab es beim Kauf, abgesehen vom Gebrauchtradkaufvertrag, auch keine originalen Belege. Trotzdem wurde, nach detaillierter Schilderung des Schadens und Aufnahme aller möglichen Daten (Seriennummer, etc.), das Laufrad komplett auf Garantie, ohne jegliche Mehrkosten für mich, ersetzt! Die ganze Sache war in nicht mal zwei Wochen erledigt. Das nenne ich Service!
Hierfür nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an Trek und insbesondere an des Team vom Trek Bicycle Store Ulm!

Am meinem eBike hatte die hintere Bremse keine Grip mehr und ich ging davon aus, dass die Magura neue Bremsbeläge braucht.
"Trek Bicycle Ulm" stellte dann fest, dass die Beläge verglast sind. Er hat sie dann kurz bearbeitet und richtig eingebremst... Die Bremse ist wieder wie neu und das ohne (!!!) Neuteile.
Einfach top Service und top Beratung - Trek Bicycle Ulm in der Neuen Straße ist sehr zu empfehlen

Words cannot express the sheer amazement and gratitude I feel for the extraordinary bike repair service provided by Trek Bicycle Ulm shop. I’m on a bike tour in Europe with an E-Bike. The internal hub gear of the bike started to have problems a few days ago. I went into the shop on a Saturday afternoon a few hours before their closing time. The moment I went in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by technician Mario and manager Martin. Mario was able to determine the hub gear is defective. Since my bike is a UK brand, it is very difficult to find replacement parts. Mario then worked the entire afternoon and even into the after-hours to try to repair or rebuild the broken hub gear. Next day, when the shop was supposed to be closing, in order to try to get me back on my tour sooner, Mario continued to work on the bike. Eventually, together with manager Martin they were able to locate the replacement parts from nearby and expedited delivery to the shop. Mario then spent the entire day rebuilding the back wheel with the new hub gear.
When it comes to the pricing, what they provided me was unbelievable: they only charged me the cost of hub gear plus the standard service fee. Considering the extraordinary amount of time and effort they have put in, I’m amazed and moved beyond words to express my appreciation. The value they provided for the quality of their service is beyond measure, and I can’t say enough thanks.
In conclusion, I cannot say enough praises for Trek Bicycle Ulm shop. My experience with Germany has been enriched by their exceptional service, and I will forever be grateful for the experience. If you are seeking the absolute best in bike repairs, look no further than Trek Bicycle Ulm. They are the epitome of perfection, and I am forever in awe of their remarkable service.

I recently stayed in Ulm for two short stays and luckily found this shop which has only just opened. What a find! Maurizio and Martin were both very very helpful and friendly and - fortunately for me - their English is very good (and my German non-existent).
I hired a bike for a short explore on my first stay. On this occasion a normal bike which they set up for me. On my following stay I took my pedals and proper kit and hired a road bike.
The bike was new and I went out for a ride in the area advised by Martin and wasn’t disappointed. I really enjoyed my explore of the local countryside.
In the shop I saw the staff with other customers and they were always super helpful for them, sorting out any issues they had and offering advice for them. I hope the shop does well. I will keep up with you guys on Strava!

Kurz vor einer längeren Radtour bemerkte ich heute an meinem MTB, dass sich am Gepäckträger eine Befestigungsschraube selbstständig gemacht hat und somit der Gepäckträger nicht mehr fixiert war. Ich stand mit meinem Fahrrad, einem Pedelec an der Ulmer Stadtmauer genau am Metzgerturm. Vor einiger Zeit eröffnete in Ulm in der Neuen Straße 52 ein Fahrrad-Händler, mit der Marke Trek. In meiner großen Not radelte ich schnurstracks dorthin. Als ich dem überaus freundlichen Herrn direkt am Eingang mein Missgeschick zeigte und erklärte, erlebte ich seltsames und absolut nicht erwartendes: Der freundliche Herr beruhigte mich und meinte, wenn wir die passende Schraube nicht haben, dann befestigen wir das mit einen Kabelbinder, so dass ich auf jeden Fall die Radtour fahren kann. Sofort ging das Fahrrad in die gut ausgestattete Werkstatt, und welch ein Wunder, auch die passende Schraube wurde gefunden, und in weniger als 15 Minuten war das Hinterrad ausgebaut, der Gepäckträger mit neuer Schraube fixiert, und Hinterrad wieder eingebaut. Das zweite Wunder am Nachmittag, der freundliche Herr wollte von mir kein Geld, er nützte meine Not nicht aus. Solch einen Fahrrad Händler muss man in der heutigen Zeit weit Suchen, er ist absolut und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Ich werde diesen Fahrrad Händler in der Neune Straße in meinem Bekanntenkreis und bei meinen vielen Fahrradkollegen wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
