These guys are top-notch not only in service but as people, as well. I bought a Gary Fisher bike that was in pretty rough shape. I took it here for the stage 2 service. It needed a lot of work and parts and the service was pricy as a result. They called me a few days later to tell me the rear brake caliper was ruined and would need to be replaced. I didn't have the money needed to do this so I asked them to just put it back together and I'd figure it out. I arrived to pick up my bike to find that they had done something unexpected. They found a used caliper that fit and put it in for free. I was stunned and elated that this kind of humanity still exists. I took that bike for it's first ride as a rejuvenated machine today and it was impeccable. I really appreciate these guys and their heart and dedication to their customers.
