I brought in my e-bike (Aventon 2 fat tire) with a rear wheel brakes that squeaked super loud. I had taken it to two other bike shops multiple times and $$$ spent with no fix. A friend send me to trek in Alamo and Marcus did he’s magic. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly, Thank you!!

As a beginner, I was really grateful for the help from Scott and Joseph in finding the right bike. They patiently walked me through different bike options as well as gears and accessories, which made the whole process much less overwhelming and more fun.
I’ve also visited two other Trek stores in the East Bay, and in my opinion this location offered the best customer experience. I’ll definitely come back here for anything bike-related in the future.
Another big perk is that the store is right next to the Iron Horse Trail, which makes test riding super convenient.

Dropped in to discuss a tire problem, Marcus jumped on my wheel like a tour mechanic, promptly trying to see what was going on. Was able to spoon on one tire with difficulty, but there was something not quite right with them? Using the Trek TLR system for tubeless tires the brand I'd bought wasn't easy, if even possible to use with TLR. Opted to buy two new Maxxis hoops which Marcas had mounted with sealant and aired up before I could say thank you!
